Both the colleges are very good in their own way, but I will suggest you MITSOB because it follows case based study which helps students in understanding the actual corporate world. Faculty members of MITSOB are also highly qualified and have practical approach in their teachings.

MITSOB is much disciplined and student friendly college. There are many rules and regulation which is needed to be followed by every single person belongs to college, whether he/she is faculty, non-teaching staff or student. MITSOB mainly know for five main things i.e. faculty members, case base pedagogy, academic curriculum, infrastructure, and placements. These are the 5 star of MITSOB. The college has 18 clubs and cells which organises many event throughout the academic year and which is run by the student only in the supervision of faculty members.

You can apply for PUMBA through MAT score by registering for CAP process by DTE of Maharashtra. The process will be scheduled in month of April most probably.

Yes, PUMBA accepts MAT score for MBA+ course. Usually the cut off is more than 97 percentile, still I suggest you to apply for admission here. You may get a chance in the later rounds of admission process.
