PICT is one of the better colleges in Maharashtra to pursue CSE.
It definitely ranks above MITCOE.
You can take a look at the placement report of PICT to get a better idea.

The test is pretty much based on your boards and basic level JEE questions. It's not really tough and quite easy to score a 120+ that can safely secure your seat.
Also, scoring a 105+ in JEE can fetch you a seat through the JEE counselling.
I have stated according to the last year's cut offs. It may vary slightly this year.

Hello Soumy,
Colleges in Maharashtra gave to accept students based on MHT CET. Hence normally speaking you are not eligible, but seats against all India quota are allotted beaded on JEE Mains. You have to make an attempt for this Quota.

Depends on category to which you belong because they have their reservation intake:
*SC-15%
*ST-7.5%
*Differently Abled-3%
35% is the aggregate percentage. So, atleast par this score.

GK and GA are most important topics. English is fine. Also, many colleges ask for reasoning and aptitude as well but focus mostly on GK, GA and LR.
