If a student chooses to withdraw from BSc at RGITBT, their fees will be refunded to them based on the following UGC guidelines for fee refund:

The documents required during RGITBT counselling process for BSc admission (along with two self-attested copies of each) are listed below:

  • Statement of marks of Class 10 and Class 12
  • Proof of DoB: Class 12 Certificate/Domicile Certificate/College Leaving Certificate/Nationality Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate from previous institution
  • Migration Certificate
  • Caste Certificate
  • Conduct and Character Certificate
  • Medical Fitness Certificate in prescribed format
  • Six recent passport-size photos with name written on the back
  • BV-ABOP Admit Card

Yes, BSc admission at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of IT & Biotechnology (RGITBT) is entrance-based. RGITBT is a constituent institution of Bharati Vidyapeeth. Hence, admission to its BSc programme is provided to the candidates with a valid score in BV-ABOP, an entrance exam conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth. BV-ABOP is an oline, computer-based test conducted at various test centres. The exam consists of MCQs based on the Class 12 syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of IT & Biotechnology (RGITBT) provides BSc admissions under three categories: Regular Merit Category, Institutional Quota Merit Category, and Foreign/NRI/OCI/PIO Category. No, the BSc fee at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of IT & Biotechnology (RGITBT) is not the same for all three years. As per the official information brochure available on the institute's official website, the annual fee for a BSc (Biotechnology) will be revised upwards by 5% per annum. The first-year fee for the Regular Merit Category is INR 88,200. The first-year fee for Instituional Quota Merit Category is INR 1.2 lakh. The mentioned fees have been sourced from the official website of the institute/sanctioning body. They are still subject to change and hence, are indicative.
