There isn't much information about when the semester exam results are declared at Siddhant Institute of Computer Application, but here's some information about exam results at other institutions:
CPCT: Scorecards for the exam held on September 6 and 8, 2024 are available for download.
ICmai: Results for the June 2024 Foundation Examination, December 2023 Foundation Examination, and other exams are available.

No, you cannot get admission to Siddhant College of Engineering's B.E. / B.Tech course without MHT CET or JEE Main:
Qualifying exams: The college accepts MHT CET and JEE Main as qualifying exams.
Eligibility: To be eligible for admission, you must meet the course-specific selection and eligibility requirements.
Qualifying education: You can qualify for the course with a 12th Science diploma, FE & SE, BSC, or Diploma in Polytechnic.

Siddhant College of Engineering has a well-supported campus with facilities such as a Cafeteria, Gym, Hospital / Medical Facilities, Hostel, Labs, Library, Shuttle Service, and Sports Complex. The accommodation facilities are also good at this college but the quaity of mess food offered is questionable.

At the College of Engineering, Shivnagar Vidya Prasarak Mandal, the hostel fees are relatively affordable. The fee for the hostel is INR 2,500 per month, with an additional INR 2,000 per month for the mess services. JSPM Wagholi admissions are entrance-based. TThe college offers various courses, BE and ME at the UG and PG level. Yes, the college has good and experienced faculty. Based on the reviews provided, all teachers at BITM-Ballari Institute of Technology and Management are well-qualified and knowledgeable. All of the faculty members are helpful and supportive. Teaching quality is generally effective, with professors demonstrating a strong understanding of the subjects.
