RGNUL provides scholarships to meritorious or financially-weak students. The university offers Foundation for Excellence Scholarship. However, students can also apply for scholarships offered by state or central government. With sixty nine% marks in PPMET and belonging to the SC category, you have got a great risk of having admission in a college. Many schools have reserved seats for SC category college students, which will increase your probabilities. However, the particular cutoff varies each year and relies upon at the number of candidates and their ratings. Check the cutoff marks of various colleges you're interested in and follow as a result. Also, try and apply to a couple of colleges to increase your probabilities of having admitted.

Thapar University follows a typical class schedule with lectures and labs running from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays. The usual class timings are:

Morning session: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Afternoon session: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

There is a 1-hour lunch break from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Labs and tutorials are generally scheduled in the afternoon session. The university operates Monday to Friday, with no classes on weekends.

The bad news is that Punjabi University, Patiala, does not offer a BA in Film and TV Production.

The strong point of the university's presence in the field of media studies has been through its Centre for Advanced Media Studies. Yet, the undergraduate course being offered is B.A. (Hons.) in Journalism, Mass Communication, and Media Technology. It does provide some good grounding in media but no specialisation in film and TV production at the undergraduate level.
