Lovely Professional University (LPU) offers a variety of B.Sc programs that include Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Agriculture, and more. The fee structure at LPU is reasonable with world-class services, strong faculty involvement, and new laboratories and equipment being employed. The cost is relatively affordable (all fees consideration), ranging from INR1 Lacs to INR 2.5 Lacs per year depending on the specialization. LPU can also offer scholarships based on merit and LPUNEST marks for students that perform really well in this entrance exam, which aligns with financial needs and allows you to minimize your financial obligation. Hi.
It depends a bit what you mean by “with CA” because Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)'s CA qualification is not a traditional “degree course” offered by a college/university, but a professional certification course which candidates register for independently.
What “CA” means — and why no college “offers CA” as a degree
CA is governed by ICAI, not by universities. To become a CA, you register with ICAI (through Foundation route after Class 12, or via Direct‑Entry if eligible).
That means no college or university can confer a CA “degree.” CA qualification is separate from university

No — LPU is not considered better than BITS Pilani.
