Lovely Professional University (LPU) offers a variety of B.Sc programs that include Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Agriculture, and more. The fee structure at LPU is reasonable with world-class services, strong faculty involvement, and new laboratories and equipment being employed. The cost is relatively affordable (all fees consideration), ranging from INR1 Lacs to INR 2.5 Lacs per year depending on the specialization. LPU can also offer scholarships based on merit and LPUNEST marks for students that perform really well in this entrance exam, which aligns with financial needs and allows you to minimize your financial obligation. What I like about LPU is that the fees which cover your classes also cover the advanced labs and space, industry visits, research opportunities and access to other amenities on campus. While other universities will no doubt offer their own competitive advantages, I think that LPU is a solid value for your money. They offer cheap schooling in combination with aviation currency and exposure. This is why I think LPU is a competitive and popular option for students who would like to get a great start in Science and allied programs.

It depends a bit what you mean by “with CA”  because Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)'s CA qualification is not a traditional “degree course” offered by a college/university, but a professional certification course which candidates register for independently.

What “CA” means — and why no college “offers CA” as a degree

CA is governed by ICAI, not by universities. To become a CA, you register with ICAI (through Foundation route after Class 12, or via Direct‑Entry if eligible). 

That means no college or university can confer a CA “degree.” CA qualification is separate from university degrees. This is also why many CA aspirants do a B.Com (or related degree) alongside CA the degree is from a university, CA qualification from ICAI.

No — LPU is not considered better than BITS Pilani. BITS Pilani is one of India's top private engineering institutions and is widely regarded as Tier-1, with an academic reputation comparable to leading IITs and NITs. It has a long history of strong research culture, highly competitive admissions, excellent faculty, global collaborations, and consistently high placement averages. BITS graduates are known for strong industry readiness, and the institute's brand value is recognised worldwide.

LPU, on the other hand, is a rapidly growing private university and is generally considered Tier-2. It offers good infrastructure, modern labs, diverse programs, and rising research output. LPU's placement opportunities are solid, especially for certain branches, but they are not as consistent or competitive as BITS Pilani's.

In short, while LPU is a good university with strong facilities and broad opportunities, BITS Pilani has a far higher academic reputation, more selective admissions, stronger alumni networks, and better placement outcomes, making it the superior choice overall.
