There are a lot of private colleges that are affiliated to the state government universities and many that come under private universities. The cut-off for last year was 137 marks in NMAT for every category. But, it varies every year. You can also appear for the Thapar entrance exam and get admissions.

There are various books which can help you to prepare for CLAT exam. The following are recommended:
1). Word Power Made Easy
2). Analytical Reasoning
3). Manorama Year Book
4). Objective Arithmetic
Books by RS Aggarwal are also quite good which can be referred. All the best.

There are a lot of colleges in Punjab that provide BBA course for graduation, but traditional pedagogies are being used by many of them.
