According to reviews on Shiksha ( Karanbir Singh, B.E. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2021), the placement of this college was one of the best among the private colleges. The main companies for recruiting were TCS, Tata Motors, Microsoft, Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, etc. The roles that were offered were production engineer, design engineer, quality engineer, etc. The campus provided smart classrooms to all the department students with A/C. Mechanical labs were highly advanced, and the CAD labs were also good and tidy. Faculty members of my branch were highly qualified. Overall, Thapar university has got good reviews

Yes, Lovely Professional University is pretty much considered a good place for CSE, especially if you are hunting for better placement odds, some genuine industry exposure, modern specializations, and a coding ecosystem that feels alive. Their program gives you a lot of avenues like hackathons, internships , industry certifications, live projects, and regular recruiter visits from names like Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, Capgemini, and Accenture. Yes, you still have a good chance of getting admission to Lovely Professional University even if you did not qualify JEE Main , it kinda depends on your overall profile though. Since you scored 82% in Class 12, you already have a pretty strong academic standing, and LPU also takes admissions through LPUNEST, not just through JEE Main. For most B.Tech programs, the university typically asks for around 60% in 10+2, with Physics, Mathematics, and English included, plus you need to qualify LPUNEST or JEE Main. So yeah, your Class 12 marks really help, and LPUNEST can be a solid route.

Hello Mounica, yes, Lovely Professional University does offer scholarships for lots of M.Sc. programs, and if you do well in LPUNEST, you can be considered for a reduction in your tuition fees. The scholarship amount basically depends on your LPUNEST score, your academic performance, and also the admission phase you choose while applying. So, taking the entrance exam can definitely help lower your overall course fee, if you manage to secure a good score.

To get a seat at the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, students have to first appear in the CLAT entrance exam and then participate in its counselling process. The cutoff gets released in the form of opening and closing ranks for the BA LLB (Hons) course and LLM and its various specialisations.

No, MBA at GNDU is not open for direct admissions. Instead, candidates are required to appear in an in-house management entrance exam that is conducted by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
A counselling round is conducted afterwards to select candidates for MBA courses.

Basic eligiblity criteria of MBA at GNDU, Amritsar is completing UG level graduation. A minimum of 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST) in chosen UG level course is mandatory for all candidates. MBA at GNDU, Amritsar requires candidates to appear in an entrance exam conducted by institute itself. No other entrance exams have been mentioned in MBA selection criteria of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Candidates are automatically registered to appear in this exam after completing MBA application process.

Main Amritsar campus of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar is offering 640 seats in total for MBA course. Out of these 640 seats, 240 seats are offered by School of Financial Studies while the rest are offered by Business school. MBA seats within main campus include between 60 - 120 seats for each specialisation.
