No, as you haven't qualified GPAT you are not eligible for NIPER as NIPER is the premier and most prestigious institution for Pharmacy. There is no specific course for graphic design in AAFT. You will either do degree programs in animation which will have different topics like graphic designing, web, 2d,3d, VFX and fx.

You have to appear for the counselling. If you are shortlisted, you have to go college for documents verification.

LNMIIT is better than Thapar Institute of Technology for CSE, as it has great placement in CSE then Thapar Institute of Technology, and it doesn't call mass recruiters for placement, which had become culture of some private college to increase their placement statistics.
