You should go for Poornima University for BBA because Bachelor of Business Administration is also known as BBA General or BBA Pass Course, and is an undergraduate management course. The eligibility criteria of M.Tech Part time of MNIT Jaipur is given below.
Eligibility criteria :
1. The applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/AMIE in appropriate discipline with specified minimum 60% of marks.
2. At least one year regular service in the institute for working employees of MNIT.
3. Candidate working under various sponsored projects in MNIT.
4. Employees working in any Govt. organization/ Recognized private institutions.

You have not write about the category you belongs. However your expected JEE Main AIR is about 43175. The closing ranks of last year are not available, however the ranks below the 40000 can be good enough for CSE. So you have chances in CCE and ECE.
