BIT, Jaipur is a campus of Birla Institute of Technology, Noida but MIT Pune is its main campus. Also, BIT Jaipur is new. So I will suggest you to join MIT, Pune.

To be eligible for admission in LNMIIT, you must have scored atleast 100 marks in JEE-Mains (which is the cut-off for appearing in Advance this year).
Cut-off for the year 2015:
CSE- 135
ME-132
MME-105
ECE -107
CCE- 120
For year 2014-
CSE- 147
MME-121
ECE -122
CCE- 131
