Hi Yash Anand,
You belong to the OBC category, so you have scored more according to your cut-off marks of 49. You can easily get NITs, but not the good ones.
You can apply for counselling through www.josaa.nic.in
If you don't get any of the NITs, you can get IIITs or GFITs.
These are also government colleges which admit students through JEE Mains.

This is tough to say that, but any college will not get the admission expect JEE or any CET at least you have to qualifying any exam to get the admission. Another option is management quota, but for that, you have to pay donation.

50 mark is not enough in your category. You cannot get NIT or government colleges with this score. You can get private colleges.

With such a low rank, it will be very difficult to get CSE in a good government college. You can only get lower branches in good government colleges and chances of them are also very less.
