Hi Chirag, graduation program in USA refers to master degree program. So by no doubt you must complete your bachelor's degree. For admissions you must take GRE and TOEFL. GRE requirement vary from university to university and you must search university websites for details.

Well, a college in which some average student can get admission with 80%+ in board and have cleared mains. I will suggest JECRC with good placements and college life in feasible fees.
I mean non compulsory attendance rule and free Internet and good enough to learn engineering. It is far better than other private colleges in rajasthan.Even I wish to do my b.tech from here but my parents are forcing me to go for govt. colleges.But anyway Good Luck to you for your hunting.

minimum marks should be 360 for cs in bits pilani

Sorry dear you can not get any college at such marks in mains. For nit college your marks should be above 200 at such percentage of board.
