The OBC category's NIT Sikkim CCMT cutoff 2025 range fell between 328 to 377 for various M.Tech specialisations as per the last round cutoff scores. The most difficult course to get admitted to was M.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with a cutoff score of 377, and the easiest for the OBC AI category candidates was M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems. NIT Sikkim CCMT Cutoff 2025 is out for various categories and rounds for admission to various M.Tech Specialisations. M.Tech in Communication and Signal Processing was the most competitive, with the cutoff score being 432, while on the other hand, M.Tech in VLSI & Embedded Systems was the easiest for students belonging to the General AI category, with the cutoff score being 360.  NIT Sikkim CCMN 2025 cutoff has been released for all rounds and categories for admission to M.Sc. in Chemistry. 1800 to 1710 was the cutoff rank range for the General category, All India quota as per the first and the last round data. For the OBC AI category candidates, admissions were closed at a rank of 2348, and for the SC AI category, 5538. The ST AI category, the last round cutoff was 5945. NIT Sikkim MSc cutoff 2025 for various rounds and categories has been released. M.Sc. in Chemistry cutoff score for the General AI category candidates ranged from 1710 to 1800, according to the first and last round cutoff scores. For the OBC AI category, admissions to NIT Sikkim 2025 were closed at 2348. For the ST AI and SC AI categories, the last round MSc cutoff 2025 was 5945 and 5538, respectively. 

 NIT Sikkim course admissions are entrance-based. For admission to its BTech programme, NIT Sikkim accepts the JEE Main scores, followed by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling. NIT Sikkim admission to M.Tech and MSc programmes is based on GATE and IIT JAM scores, respectively. After qualifying for the respective entrance exams, interested candidates must apply for the relevant counselling sessions, such as JoSAA, CCMN and CCMT, to gain admission to various courses offered by the institute. 

NIT Sikkim cut off for M.Tech was released as scores for different categories belonging to the AI and HS quotas. NIT Sikkim GATE cutoff 2025 ranged between 360 and 432, wherein M.Tech in Communication and Signal Processing emerged as the most sought-after specialisation for admission in the General AI category.
