Yes, GPAT is mandatory for taking admission to the M.Pharm course at Himalayan Pharmacy Institute. GPAT qualified candidates will be given preference for admission to M.Pharm.

Candidates who have completed their B.Pharm degree from a recognised university are eligible to appear for GPAT. The GPAT score is used for admission to M.Pharm courses across India.

In addition to GPAT scores, candidates must also meet other admission requirements such as meeting the minimum eligibility criteria, submitting required documents, and appearing for a personal interview.

NIT Sikkim is a government funded college. It is established in 2010. The college is approved by AICTE and it is recognised by UGC. The lowest package details for the recent placement is not out yet. However, the institute has disclosed the course-wise median package for the past three years of placements. From 2021 to 2023, an improving trend was observed in the BTech median package. On the other hand, the M.Tech median package has been fluctuating. Refer to the below table for NIT Sikkim placement package trends:
