PSGCT admits students to its BSc courses based on their marks in Class 12. The admission criteria for integrated MSc courses require students to take an additional exam conducted by the college. The admission process can be explained in the following four steps:

Admission to TNAU PG programs are based on scores of the Entrance exam conducted by the University. However, having not opted for Mathematics in your Class 12th, you are not eligible for pursuing B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering, because it is mandatory to have Mathematics, Physics and chemistry in Class 12 as a main subjects of education.
But there is another option that after you have completed your Class 12th with PCB, you can go for B.Sc. in Agriculture degree course if you are interested .

To get into VIT, Vellore campus for B.Tech CSE, your rank should be under 6000. It means you need to score more than 81 to fall under 6000 rank. The counselling for VITEEE is going on.
The fee for CSE is INR 7.8 Lakh. A total of 1080 seats are available for this course.

B.Tech in Engineering Physics is only offered by IIT Madras in Tamil Nadu.
The tuition fee for the course is INR 8 Lakhs. The median salary package offered for the course is INR 17 LPA. A total of 42 seats are available for this course.
The cut-off for this course is very high, 1877 rank in JEE Mains is the latest cut-off for this year.

With 16658 rank in VITEEE, it is highly unlikely to get admission to B.Tech CSE Branch for VIT Vellore.
As per the available data, the rank cutoff for Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at VIT Vellore is around 7500.
