I discontinued my degree in Dr Braou in the year 2006, can I continue my degree now. Is there any possiblity.

You can't continue the same degree. You have to start afresh. Select a college, check eligibility, if eligible apply for the desired course.

Colleges abroad have very different requirements compared to India. Check weather Masters here is recognized in the other country, and also check whether the college you are trying for will accept your qualifications in India.
