I think you can get BPT course. As per my knowledge, you need to apply separately for the BPT course in the college or the university of your choice. They might have a different entrance test for the course or can take admission on the basis of cutoff.

Osmania is better than JNTU as it has bigger alumni network, it is older and good placement. It is very hard to say which one is best as both are good.
