UGC approved degrees are acceptable like IGNOU which is recognised. It also depends on the university you are applying to and its admission rules. If you are deciding to study abroad you must start contacting the universities yourself and enquire.

EFLU, is expected to conduct tests for EFLU 2019 admission in third week of February 2019. The application forms are already out and the last date to submit the form last week of January 2019.
