The first step you can take is to complete class 12. After you have cleared class 12th exams, you can then proceed to apply for a Bachelors course from a college based on the marks obtained in class 12th. You need to check the same with Andhra Pradesh University whether they are ready you take you in as a candidate. It is completely dependent the rules of the university to take lateral entries or not.

The overall cutoff is 90%, this includes the score for GD & PI. Also, this cutoff is valid once you get selected for the process. IBSAT score cut off is 80% above and also you can give CAT/NMAT.
