Yes. The university welcomes the non-UK origin population on its grounds, already housing staff and a student body representing 120 countries. The international student body accounts for over 4,500 students at Durham. Around 30% of the undergraduates are from outside the UK, and Durham provides an online report and support tool to report any discrimination instances.

Yes, UCL offers about 10 UG scholarships that covers full tuition fees, maintenance as well as fixed allowance for additional costs.
Additional 23 scholarships cover only full tuition fees.
