No, Harry Potter movies were not filmed at the Uni of Winchester. Most of the iconic Hogwarts scenes were actually filmed at the University of Oxford.
However, the nearby sites of the Uni of Winchester has seen the shooting of other major films. The Winchester College (boarding school) has been used as a filming location for The Crown and Les Miserables.
