Once the application form is filled out and all the necessary documents are attached, international students need to pay a non-refundable application fee of USD 70/INR 5,835. If the application fee is not paid then Virginia Tech will not be process your application. International students can pay this application fee electronically either by a debit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover). The application fee is non-refundable, meaning, if you withdraw your application from the university, your application fee will not be refunded.
