I think you did not go through the university website properly as all the information is clearly mentioned on the website. NYIT offer BS in ECE and mechanical engineering, there is no B.Tech abroad, the program page mentions the SAT score is required. For international students whose first language is not English, you must take TOEFL exam. This is what they say 'If you graduated from a US high school or with a four-year Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited United States institution, then you do not need to take the TOEFL, IELTS or PTE exam. '
Here are the other URLs, you need to check:

To apply for Stanford, you must have decent grades. You can take SAT and must have excellent extra-curricular. For Oxford, you must have good academic grades, but SAT is not required. You must take IELTS or TOEFL. Since, the application process is online you have to check their websites.

You can pursue your Ph.D only after you complete your MS, not directly after B.Sc. You can check for integrated programs but hard to find. MS programs will lead to Ph.D anyways. To study Masters in USA one has to obtain a four year Bachelor degree and take the GRE. You must check with the universities for admission requirements and acceptance of your degree, options are available. Most importantly you must focus on your grades. Improve your profile by doing high standard research oriented project work, publications, seminars and lots of extra curricular activities. Check other country options too.

To study MBA abroad, you must meet the basic requirements which are-
1. You must have work experience.
2. You must have GMAT/GRE and IELTS/TOEFL score.
3. You must also complete your Bachelor's degree- very important
There is no option in USA without GMAT, if you want to apply without work experience you must have around 10 to 15 high-level work experience and also these programs are executive ones. If you want to apply without GMAT or work experience then MBA is not the right option for you, you should check PG Diploma programmes, check in Australia or Canada or even New Zealand. RMIT, Deakin, UQ, Humber College, Auckland Universi
