There is no MBBS there, infact no university in US has an MBBS programme. If you want to study medicine you must first enroll into a Bachelor degree programme of four years in an US university preferably, take the MCAT and seek entry into a medical school. You have to take the SAT or ACT to be considered for admissions into a Bachelor course. And, for Harvard and Stanford, you have to an exceptionally bright student.
