Harvard is amongst the world's top-most and hence very tough to get into. Unless, you have something very unique apart from the information you provided, it will be difficult to get into. Find your uniqueness, ask yourself why Harvard should choose you over other high profile applicants? It is not impossible, but not too easy either. Check Harvard's website and go to the MBA class profile. Prepare accordingly. On the whole, you have to prepare the application process a year ahead and for getting into schools like Harvard students start building their profile from high school onwards. Get involved in extracurriculars, project works, volunteer and so on.

Focus on your academics. Your numbers will be the first thing to get noticed. Get yourself involved in high-end project works, publications and your internship must be a very good one. As for the exams, you have to prepare hard for the GRE and the TOEFL. Scholarships are awarded by the universities on a merit basis, so if you have a very strong academic record, extremely good projects, LORs, SOP, high GRE scores, etc., your chances of admission and scholarship will be high automatically. Georgia Institute of Technology, MIT and Carnegie Mellon University are among the top ones. You are advised to visit university websites and learn about the admission requirements. The more you research the better you can prepare.
