No, the University of Cergy-Pontoise is not a better option than IIM Lucknow, India for doing an MBA. When we compare the rankings and status between the two, the difference is noticeable with IIM Lucknow having a considerably higher ranking with better career prospects for those aiming to work in fields related to finance, administration, consultancy, management and more. In addition, the overall expenditure including tuition fees and living expenses is comparatively lesser for those in IIM, Lucknow as opposed to the University of Cergy-Pontoise.

NIET Noida students can apply for scholarships offered by agencies like UP-State Government, AICTE, NSP, PMS-Online, e-Kalyan, Post Matric Bihar and other departmental scholarships. Eligible students of Bihar can also get Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC).

The seat intake for a two-year MBA course is 77 and 30 for three-year Executive MBA course. At the time of admission, seat allotment is carried out as per the seat capacity for each course. NIT Allahabad reserved the right to revise the seat intake. This seat intake is as per data collected from unofficial sources and hence may vary.

NIT Allahabad offers two-year MBA course across four specialisations. All the courses are offered in full-time mode. These are Marketing, Finance, Human Resource and Operations & System Management. Admission to all the programmes is through CAT.

Admission to NIT Allahabad accepts admission to the MCA course through the NIMCET entrance test. The exam is conducted every year specifically for admission to MCA courses at NITs. Candidates are shortlisted and seat allotment is carried out based on the aspirant's score in the entrance examination.

Direct admission is availabe under the 'Direct Admission' scheme. Under the scheme, students with 75% marks or equivalent, in aggregate in three subjects i.e. Mathematics, Physics and English in the class 12 exam. Candidates securing below 75% can take the JIIT UGET entrance exam and secure a valid score to meet the merit criteria. JIIT Noida also accepts CUET exam for admission to its BSc programme.
