UGI Greater Noida MBA admission is granted based on merit in the CUET-PG exam. Additionally, the scores of CAT/ CMAT/ MAT exams may also get accepted. Besides, aspirants with a valid bachelor's degree passed with at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ ST candidates) can apply for admission. The eligible candidates can register by visiting the official website of the group of institutions. After registration, the applications shall be scanned and shortlisted. Selected candidates can further pay the required admission fee amount to secure their seats. 

As per the MMMUT NIRF Report 2025, the university placed a total of 792 students during the placement drive held in 2024 for UG four-year courses. Other than this, as per the report, the median package offered to the UG four-year students was INR 13 LPA.

In the year 2024, MMMUT was ranked #84 in the NIRF Rankings 'Engineering' category. Earlier, during 2022, the university was positioned in the band #251-300 by NIRF Rankings 2022 for the 'Engineering' category. This reflects the university's growth over a span of two years. Other than this, in 2025, the university has been ranked #132 by India Today Rankings for 'BTech'.

MMMUT offers a wide palette of specialisations under its BTech programme. Some of the specialisations are Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, and more. The distribution of seats among all specialisations varies. As per official sources,  Computer Science and Engineering has the highest intake with 240 seats.
