The university also gives us the opportunity to get real-life exposure through various training programs and an internship, which is mandatory for all. Teachers go for value-based education which is something we as professionals would require in our career. Guest lectures by experts and some successful people are arranged by our department to widen our scope of learning. The placements are exemplary. Many of my known alumni are placed in decent companies in different cities, while some are placed abroad, too. The university organizes many external workshops for us. There is a lot of fests and cultural activities are being conducted. College is very strict and does not negotiate about 75% attendance criteria, as well as the academics. If you are at GLA, you have to be regular to the college and disciplined. Bachelors of Business Administration is a three year undergraduate programme designed to provide a basic understanding of management education. The programme trains the learners to develop communication skills effectively, along with inculcating entrepreneurship skills and decision making. The course focuses primarily on the management skills and critical thinking, significant in the business world. It incorporates training and practical experience, in the form of case projects, presentations, industrial visits, and interaction with experts.
