hi so basically you can do to be a in Hindi subject but the problem is that you won't be able to do it in 1 year it so 3 year course and you will have to do ba in Hindi in 3 years

For SC/ST/PC candidates there is an age relaxation of 5 years and for OBC category it is 3 years in upper age limit.
