Both GNIOT and ITS Mohan Nagar are decent colleges for MBA. But in case if you want to pursue PGDM then ITS will be a better option, they provide 100% placement and many big brands like Amazon, Nestle, CCD, HDFC, etc. will come to recruit.

UGC has recently advised all Universities to stop offering any professional course including engineering via distance education mode. Hence please do not think on these lines. You can however think of doing your AMIE which is like distance but is acceptable as equivalent to graduation. Best wishes

BBA LLB from Amity University is better than B.Com. Since it's a professional course so you have better career options and will have a licence to practice law.
