Yes, you can apply, if meeting the eligibility criteria. The NIOS certificates are valid at par with other certificates like CBSE or state boards. The integrated BBA+MBA programme at Galgotias University is 5 years duration programme. The eligibility criteria for BBA+MBA integrated is class 12th with minimum 60% of marks in best four relevant subjects. The course fee is about Rs. 87,000/ per year.

Earlier your board marks were also considered for getting entrance into DTU/DCE. But now your marks in the entrance exam are enough. But yes, you need to score as high as possible because cut off is not only marks based, it is also based on the rank you score in the entrance (JEE Mains). So you need to be better than others giving the exam with you. The cut off also differ if you are from Delhi or Outside Delhi and is also different for General, SC, ST, OBC etc. Quota. Your intentions are quite good. But I am afraid that what you seek is not readily available. As the medium of instruction is still English, entrance exams are too conducted in same language. Though lately students are allowed to appear for such entrance exams in their mother tongue and many other languages. But availability of literature in such languages is still a problem. I could not trace any such thing. You may have to download question papers in English and get these translated in Hindi.
