Hello Arpita, First of all yes it may increase your chances to get a call from IIMs but it also depends on how well your personal interview was. Sometimes even after scoring well in CAT many students fail to prepare well for their interview before they gets selected in IIM. They have very tough interview rounds and it takes a lot of practice and confidence to crack such interviews. You can see videos of interview preparations for CAT interviews. It may give you a brief idea about it.

Bachelor of Education Programme (B.Ed.) is a Two year correspondence course. Yes, you are eligible for B.Ed if not with best university but with the good one whose cut-off for B.Ed is atleast low.

First, you have to wait for your result. Your percentage of 12th will decide what will fees for you and the eligibility for BBA is you have to pass 12th with any stream.
