Eligibility criteria for M.Ed in BHU :
For Graduate under 10+2+3 pattern plus B. Ed. (Special) in respective disability area/B.Ed. with at least One Year Diploma in Special Education from recognized institution in respective disability area with 50% marks in B.Ed. (Special)/B.Ed. theory.
Or,
Any Post Graduate Degree plus B.Ed. (Special) in respective disability area/B.Ed. with at least One Year Diploma in Special Education from recognized institution in respective disability area with 50% marks in B.Ed. (Special)/B.Ed. theory.

Yes, you are eligible for Diploma course. Most Diploma doing guys I met in life started their Diploma after class 10th only. If you can I will suggest you to get over with your class 12th, and then go for any further studies. Plus, if you can go for a degree then do a degree instead of Diploma. Degree will be more helpful to you instead of Diploma in future I believe.

The students who don't have Maths or CS are eligible for the BCA, but it is tough to play with this course, because all the subjects and topics you will study here is all far away from the other ones. Well, it is only tough, not impossible. Go for it.
