Yes it is possible but again, depends on subject to availability. If the rank is 9888 and OBC category, this can be possible. Even some other colleges can be tried once in final counselling.

Yes that is fairly possible dear.
3511 rank is good enough for IHM, Lucknow.
Infact, you can try for Chandigarh and mumbai in final counselling as well because you sometimes you can get good colleges too.

There is a different course through which one needs to undergo.
There are only two courses i.e food production and food and beverage service.
For that, you need to check respective college.

Form BBD and Ramswaroop, go for BBD. Otherwise both are hell. Dont ruin your career search for more option if you have. If you go for BBD you will get some chances to learn new things . which will help you in MBA.
