What do you mean by get passed?
You need to clear GATE then take part in the Joint Entrance process to get a seat in IIIT-Allahabad. The allocation is done on the basis of the normalised score and rank.

The fee for 1st year Non Sponsored Semester fee is Rs 0.41 and Sponsored Semester Fee is Rs 0.615.
