Hello Rishabh,
Aah, syllabus for BA music? It's available in detail on the website of BHU. It's pretty detail and difficult to copy and paste here for all the three years. I would advise you to simply download it on your laptop for easy reference in future.

For sure, B.Tech from Galgotias University is better than Kurukshetra University in terms of placements and scope for every field. All the best for the future.

The campus is situated very far away from Greater Noida city near to the village areas containing barren lands. You need to spend 150 INR for the auto if you want to get to the main city. There are no hangout places other than canteen in this area.

You should pursue B.Tech only. Private universities can never give you that exposure and the required knowledge about the skills you need to have in the engineering field before getting into any company.
