GLA University is just giving one option to those students who want to study B.Tech and are unable to qualify IITs or NITs or any other state college.
If you still want to join B.Tech when you failed to get government college then GLA is one of the colleges you may join for B.Tech. It gives all the facilities that you want in a private college.
All the best!

Economics provides wonderful career opportunities and particularly in the current scenario. It is also a field that creates a lot of inspiration and interest among the students. The liberalization and e-commerce have provided new highs to the subject. It opens the flood gates of options to you once you are done with your graduation on this subject. The selection of a career for yourself should not be done in haste or out of someone's influence. Before making a decision assess your field of interest and pursue it as there is a sea of choice lying in front of you after economics graduation.

GLBIMR provides these specialisations: Marketing, HR, Finance, IT and IB. Nowadays, marketing is more prevalent in terms of good placements. But marketing, HR and finance, all 3 have equally good opportunities in terms of placements. Students of 2016-18 batch got placed very well in all the three specializations and that too in good companies like policy Bazaar, ICICI, Franchise India, Audi, HCL, Phronesis, Finedge, Ameriprise financial, etc. The course fee is 5.5 lacs.
