If you have only these two options to pursue Masters in journalism and mass communication course then I would like to vote for Institute of Management Studies, Noida because today, employer seems to be very interested in those candidates who are stone with the graduation from the regular mode. This makes me also to say that getting admission in an open university is not going to help you in the long run. Hence doing regular course from IMS is good. Doing MJMC course from IMS, Noida (affiliated to Chaudhry Charan Singh University, Meerut) helps you to get wider chances to get placed at very good profile in a good company. You can

Placements : As of now, there are very less placements for the batches. The university only provides you with the degree of the respective courses. Talking about the commerce stream, there are no placements yet for any of the batches. You can get internships but the college plays no role in providing you with the internships.
Infrastructure : The infrastructure is good. It has a vast lush green campus with a sports ground as well. The classrooms are also good with all the facilities. It has Wi-Fi which never works. If I talk about the commerce stream, we don't

First of all, I want to urge everyone that please avoid joining any private college for graduation and further study. Go for government colleges. As per my knowledge, no private school is doing good in Bareilly. They are com-modifying education and not consequential to student career. If I talk about the primary education system that is also making student weak because of error in evolution system. Sorry, but MDI Gurgaon doesn't accept MAT scores. You will have to give CAT for admission in MDI's regular post graduate programs. The overall cutoff for 2017-19 admissions for GDPIWAT round was around 95 percentile. There are sectional cutoffs too but those aren't revealed and might change every year. All the best.
