Yes, he is eligible subjected to the following conditions:-
1. Score more than 50% marks in graduation
2. Score more than 95 percentile in the CAT(since he is into Arts ,he will have to put in special efforts to prepare himself for the CAT curriculum).

NDIM-Delhi and Jaipuria-Noida are equally good institutes. Jaipuria is ranked higher. NDIM has higher ROI. Some of the important points while selecting an institute - Accreditation of the institute, institute's infrastructure, teaching faculty, specialization offered, past placements records., tuition fees, city preference, and industry interface. As both, the institutes are having the campus in the vicinity of Delhi. Industry exposure is good for students in either of the college. IMS-Ghaziabad and Jaipuria are equally good institutes. IMS is ranked higher than Jaipuria-Noida. Jaipuria - Noida, and Jaipur are equally good institutes. No doubt Noida campus is better ranked, but ROI for Jaipur campus is good. Some of the important points while selecting an institute - Accreditation of the institute, institute's infrastructure, teaching faculty, specialization offered, past placements records., tuition fees, city preference, and industry interface. Yes, you need to qualify NEET for getting admission in MBBS AMU. Internal students (those who have passed 12th from AMU within last 3 years) get some benefits.
Internal cut-off: 550-575
External cut-off: more than 600
Maximum marks: 720

Yes, it is necessary to qualify NEET independent of the fact that whether the candidate is internal or external.
For internals, the cut-off is: approx. 550-575
For externals, the cut-off is: more than 600

It depends on whether the candidate is internal (those who have passed class 12th from AMU within last 3 years) or external (those who have not passed class 12th or equivalent exam from AMU). And the cut-off depends on the difficulty of the exam. On an average:
Internal cut-off (approx): 550-575
External cut-off (approx): more than 600
Maximum marks: 720

Being a student of Aligarh Muslim University, I find the following benefits:
1) Teaching standards: Teachers are actually well qualified (PHDs from IITs, IISc and abroad). They have abundant knowledge.
2) Free time/Less workload: Workload in general of every department is not much and if you have time management skills, you can crack National (GATE, IES or CAT) or International (GRE, TOEFL, IELTS or GMAT) level exams.

ASB, Noida is among top BBA colleges in India. It offers 3 years regular BBA degree. They have well experienced faculty and offers many very value added Diploma (Most important for Self-Development of Student) which is not offered by any other college.
