Aligarh Muslim University is a good option for you.

Galgotis University is having a location problem. If you are living in Delhi, you can't up-down daily. Your sister has to live in its hostel or any hostel in Greater Noida and if she commuted daily, she will not be able to focus on her study as she will feel very tired although study wise, environment wise and for girls, it is a good placement.
