If I talk about BHU, there is no course like B.Tech.
For B.Tech you have to appear in JEE Mains and Advance both. All specializations are available for B.Tech at BHU.

If I talk about BHU, there is no course like B.Tech. You can not get admission through CUET.
For B.Tech you have to appear in JEE exam and for M.Tech you have to appear in GATE exam.

No, there is no bond while leaving your BA LLB course midway. But you have to inform them that you are leaving, give them a reason. May be they can ask for a letter of confirmation.

No, you cannot apply in Central universities. To get admission in DU, HCU, BHU in PG you have to appear for CUET PG exam. Central universities do not consider IIT JAM scorecards for admission.
But you can apply in NITs or IITs according to your category and previous cut offs.

The Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University provides lower costs for MBA course fees compared to Lucknow University. DSMNRU is charging an MBA fee of INR 70,000, which is lower than the INR 1.3 Lacs to INR 3.2 Lacs MBA fee offered by Lucknow University. According to the DSMNRU Lucknow MBA admission criteria, admission is provided on the basis of the last qualifying exam and CUET scores. However, direct admission to the MBA courses is not provided by the university. The candidates should have passed Class 12 or an equivalent from a recognised board and should satisfy the eligibility criteria of the university. Once admitted, the eligible candidates will be provided with a seat by the university.
