It's very difficult to answer your query since from this year onwards your marks in JEE Mains only will decide your AIR. What this means is that how others have scored will matter a great deal. You need to score above 600 in MAT and you may be eligible with more than 65 percentile in XAT. Although, you can also get admission through CMAT score of 200+.
