Yes, MMMUT is a residential institution that houses seven boys' hostels and four girls' hostels. Students who are officially pursuing a course from the university can opt for hostel facilities. Moreover, each hostel's capacity varies.
As per the official website, all the hostels are equipped with necessary amenities. Moreover, first-year students are provided with three/two-seater rooms as per the availability. Senior students are provided with double and single seated rooms depending upon availability.

Yes, Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology does provide a refund in case of withdrawal of admission. However, as per the university's refund policy, the refund amount depends on the time when the withdrawal application was submitted. Check the table below to know the fee refund policy:

The last rank for B.Tech admission via JEE Main for other state SC category varies by college and branch. In NITs, SC students from other states usually get CSE up to 1.5–2 Lacs rank, and lower branches may go up to 5–6 lakh. Check JoSAA's previous year cutoff for exact data.
