Yes. Admission to P.E.S. College of Engineering in B.E./B.Tech can be done without appearing for MHT CET. The major share of the student intake happens due to merit in national-level entrance tests like JEE Main or PESSAT - PES Scholastic Aptitude Test.
Then comes the eligibility criteria, comprising completion of Class 12 with minimum aggregate percentage in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. So if one has a valid score in JEE Main or PESSAT then, he/ she could definitely get into the college without taking MHT CET.

Pt. Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS) does not provide a placement cell for MBBS students. Instead, the institute leaves it up to graduates to find employment independently after completing their course. Nevertheless, all students are provided with an internship in the final year of study, whereby they acquire experience and professional networking opportunities in the health care sector. Whereas the absence of a formal placement cell requires a student to search for job opportunities himself, opportunities through internships can dramatically improve their chances of employability.
