So, basically taking those exams again will be extended your UG duration to the years you need to complete all the papers. So, next year you be able to sit for those exams and if you clear them, you will be awarded the degree.

I suggest you to go with VIT-Chennai ECE, as it's the top private institute if you can afford the fee. Else, my second choice is to go with SSN than other colleges.

IIT Roorkee ECE is much more better option than IIT Indore car. ECE is the most demanding branch after CSE today and also in terms of placement. Secondly IIT Roorkee is better than Indore according to nirf ranking also.
