In this course, the institution claims that it would be two years of study in the institution followed by two years study abroad in a university that Institute has tied up. Degree obtained obviously is not recognised by any Indian University. My advise is that it appears to be quite a risky course.

Yes, it is necessary. Though you have a good percentage in board exams the admission is based on the ranks in JEE Advanced and so you need to write JEE Mains as well as JEE Advanced.
You need to have a minimum of 75% to be eligible to write JEE.

It's from class 12 results which should be 80% and above and via JEE Mains.

In non-examination pathway, you should have 80% in 12th as well as in PCM. Also, you can get through via JEE Mains results.

It will be out until mid of February.

It depends on different criteria decided by the administration of the university.
