ICFAI got excellent pedagogy and course content. You can prefer ICFAI as even they offer good placements too. But ICFAI not recognised by AICTE, its only recognised by UGC. therefore. Think and choose the programme accordingly.

DIT is a good college for CS and IT branch as it provides highest placement every year, moreover, if you get admission then you will have option to sit in pool campus conducted by Uttarakhand Technical University.
