Hello Antara Sarkar, if I may say so, your ranking is a bit on the lower side. You will definitely get admission in engineering but would be little tough to get CSE. This is so since almost every student gives this branch as the first choice and as a result of this the cut-offs are really stiff. Hi. Therefore the NC-OBC Certificate issued in 2017- 2018 is valid even now and you can apply for CAT 2021 with this. The authority body says that a NC-OBC Certificate is valid even if it is issued 3 years before but with a self declaration given by the candidate as per the format mentioned in the OM.
