Dear Sinha, You can pursue Ph.D. from this University only if you have pursued your Masters in Engineering or Computer Science. Ph.D. (Part time)
Techno India University offers Ph.D. degree (part time) degree in Management discipline for those scholars who have completed Post Graduation in Computer Science and Engineering Discipline. A doctorate degree complete with the minimum 3 years of research and studies for full time provides an in-depth knowledge of a discipline.

Yes, Considering your SC ranking, you might have a fair chance to get admission in Jadavpur University. The closing rank was 21,000 in general merit rank for the SC Category. So if your general merit rank is upto 21,000 you have a fair chance. Best of luck!

Hi Upendra, ISRO yearly recruits fresh graduates with B.E. / B.Tech. Through its central recruitment system called ICRB (ISRO Central Recruitment Board) in various stream namely Mechanical, Civil, Electronics and Computer Science. No with BA you cannot do M.Sc as it is a cross of streams. you have to do B.Sc first. Please go to the website and check the eligibility criteria.
